Terms and Conditions – pk9147 Platform Rules for Pakistan

1.General & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pk9147 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pk9147, creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on pk9147 — including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games and Bingo. Where individual promotions, the VIP Programme or specific game sections have additional rules, those rules apply alongside these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rule takes precedence.

pk9147 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active players of material changes via the platform interface. The revised Terms become effective immediately upon posting.

2.Account Registration

To use pk9147 for real-money play, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to registration and account use:

• You may hold only one account at pk9147. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different contact details, payment methods or devices — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.
• All registration information must be accurate and truthful. Providing false names, dates of birth, contact details or identity documents is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any third party. pk9147 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Account registration is for personal use only. You may not register on behalf of another person or allow others to use your account.
• pk9147 may require identity verification at any point. This includes submission of a government-issued CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended pending document submission.

3.Age Verification

pk9147 operates exclusively for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the platform. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

During registration, you will be asked to confirm your date of birth. pk9147 may request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC or similar government-issued ID — to verify your age at any time. Access to real-money games will be suspended until verification is complete if age cannot be confirmed.

If it is found that a player under the age of 18 has accessed pk9147, the account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited and any deposits made will be refunded to the original payment method where technically possible.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on pk9147 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and selected mobile wallets.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit is PKR 200.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit within 60 seconds.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the bank.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will trigger a verification request.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 2–24 hours for verified accounts. VIP Diamond members receive same-day processing as standard.
• Bonus funds must meet their applicable wagering requirements before they can be included in a withdrawal request.
• pk9147 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or high-value requests.
• Withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time on business days are typically processed the same day at standard tier. Requests submitted after 5:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

pk9147 offers a range of bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, sports betting free bets and cashback. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. When both are present in your balance, real-money funds are used first unless otherwise specified.
• Free bets and free spins have a specific validity window. Unused free bets or spins that expire are removed from the account without replacement.
• A player may only claim a specific welcome offer once per account. Attempting to claim the same welcome offer through multiple accounts is a form of bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• pk9147 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already met the terms of a promotion at the time of withdrawal will have their earned reward honoured.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses only over the qualifying period. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6.VIP Programme

The pk9147 VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Players are automatically enrolled from their first real-money bet. Tier progression is based on VIP points accumulated on a rolling 90-day window.

• VIP points are earned on settled real-money bets across all game categories. Bets placed with bonus funds do not earn VIP points.
• Sports betting bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.5 to qualify for VIP point accrual.
• VIP point conversion rates, cashback percentages and tier thresholds are subject to change. Current rates are displayed in the VIP section of your account dashboard.
• Tier protection windows apply as described on the VIP page. A tier cannot be permanently maintained without sustained qualifying play.
• VIP rewards — including cashback, free spins and birthday bonuses — are credited as bonus funds and carry standard wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• pk9147 reserves the right to exclude a player from VIP tier benefits if account activity is found to involve abuse of the points system or other prohibited conduct.

7.Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on pk9147 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are independently tested and are not influenced by previous results, player history or platform-side settings.

• Return to Player (RTP) rates are determined by the individual game providers and are displayed in each game's information section.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and real-time. The displayed amount may differ slightly from the final awarded jackpot due to update latency.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round — including disconnection, system fault or display error — the round will be settled according to the server-side game record. The on-screen display does not constitute a binding result if it conflicts with the server record.
• Games marked as Demo or Free Play may be available without a real-money balance but cannot generate real-money winnings.

8.Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and Esports bets placed on pk9147:

• All bets are settled using the official result published by the relevant governing body — PCB for cricket, FIFA for football, the relevant Esports tournament organiser for Esports markets, etc.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or shortened before completion, the following applies: match winner markets are voided and stakes returned unless the match has a sufficient number of overs bowled or minutes played per the sport-specific settlement rules; markets that have already been determined at the point of abandonment (e.g., 1st over runs, first wicket method) stand as settled.
• For T20 and ODI cricket, a match must have a minimum of 5 overs completed per innings for match winner markets to be settled. If this threshold is not met due to weather or other causes, match winner bets are voided. DLS-method results count as full match results.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event has occurred — due to data feed latency — will be voided by pk9147 at its discretion. This is standard industry practice to prevent exploitation of delayed data.
• Accumulators require all legs to win for the ticket to pay out. If any leg is void, the voided selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at reduced total odds.
• pk9147 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access or close markets on specific events where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting — operating more than one pk9147 account for any purpose.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk, high-coverage betting patterns designed to extract bonus funds without genuine exposure to risk.
• Use of automated systems — bots, scrapers, betting automation software or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct manual human input.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting pricing differences between pk9147 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Money laundering — using pk9147 to process funds from illegal sources. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and maintain transaction monitoring in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate deposits through your payment provider after using the funds on pk9147.

10.Account Suspension & Closure

pk9147 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. This includes — but is not limited to — situations where:

• A player is found to have violated any section of these Terms.
• Identity verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious account activity is detected that warrants investigation.
• A player requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, any balance held in the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited. In cases where closure is requested by the player for responsible gaming reasons, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method after a standard review period.
